Our returns policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have passed since the date of purchase we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We will reply with further details and a returns address if appropriate.
All items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging and in the same condition you received the order.
Any items returned not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Items returned after 14 days will no be refunded.
Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, you must ensure you send your items back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we will only refund the cost of the product returned.
We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is due to our error, i.e a damaged / faulty item has been received or the incorrect item has been received.
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.
Once your returned item is received by us and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we received your item and we will let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Items approved for a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
I have received a damaged time:
All items are inspected before being packaged, we take care to prevent damage occurring during transit, it is possible that problems may arise. Please contact us immediately email@example.com attaching any photos for our further investigations and we will offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
How to report a faulty product:
Should you believe the item you have received is faulty please email us firstname.lastname@example.org providing details of the fault and where possible attach photos.
I have received an incorrect item:
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item, we always take care when packaging orders but mistakes can happen occasionally.
